From the mountains to the sea, Southland is blessed with an abundance of world-renowned produce. Now, those within the hospitality industry are being called upon to share their vision for Te Unua Museum of Southland’s on-site café.
The vision
The café at Te Unua Museum of Southland is set to create a space that celebrates quintessential southern flavours, and we are looking to partner with an operator who shares this vision.
Our Expressions of Interest process is open to hospitality suppliers until 5pm on Wednesday, 8 July.
